I heard that there is a way to make an HTML page to search an .mdb (access
database file). Does anybody know of such a thing?
Please respond to my e-mail address [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Thanx in advance,

That's how it is supposed to work. See the Adminstrator's Guide and/or
create user for more info
I am running some queries and receive the following message:
ERROR: pg_noname.3635.3: cannot extend. Check free disk space.
I am confused, because there seems to be plenty of disk space in the
partition containing the databases. I have the binaries installed on
a different partition,
Wouldn't it be better to do a pg_dump from the source database, and then load
that dump file into the new machine? It should fix a lot of these
problems

necessary recordset :
1999

I'm relatively new to using PostgreSQL, I've been toying with
it on my home machine but now am also using it in the office.
In this scenario, rather than creating a DB, I am copying
in the database from another site -- this is simply a tar
of the directory tree under /usr/local/pgsql/base rather

As some (most) of you will have noticed today, there were major problems
with the mailing lists. After fighting with it for several hours, and not
getting anywhere, I've finally bit the bullet and started to migrate over
to Majordomo2 ...
So far, these are the only lists that are active, with t
