Was trying to import a database from a cloud deployment, and ran into this.
Exported the database with:
* pg_dump (PostgreSQL) 12.20 (Ubuntu 12.20-0ubuntu0.20.04.1)
* RDS PostgreSQL 12.19 on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (GCC)
7.3.1 20180712 (Red Hat 7.3.1-12), 64-bit
