Hello I have a problem installing poststoneware 8,
crash in this case means I get the popup that says
has encountered errors and needs to close
when I click the debug button this is the call stack
that shows up in the Visual Studio debugger

No. My suggestion of using bind_textdomain_codeset() might fix it,
but I'm not sufficiently familiar with the NLS code to want to try to
install that myself.
