it will help them.

a culture difference here.
I discovered it during a demonstration in my training class.
The whole class laughed - when they read "Vorgabewert" instead of Default.
Maybe Germans aren't used to have a translation here - Maybe French folk
is used to have a translation here.
Reg
ql syntax.
They are constraint definitions.
When I output the table definition I want the constraint definition - I
don't want to translate it
back to english to understand - a default is meant.

I just recognised that in French also the "not" from "not null" got
translated.
Additionally I tested Turkish:
i | integer | Null de
nslated here.
In my eyes in all cases it should output:
i | integer | not null default nextval('t_i_seq'::regclass)

yes, then you might run into an encoding issue. When you use
other signs for the password then you always need to make sure that
your environment always use same encoding to connect.

Hi,
sometimes I am confused ...
I tried an initdb and got a error message about no space left on device
and semaphores stuff (the message was in german, because my system is
german, that's the reason, I don't paste this message here).
No hint, that I just have forgotten, to stop the daemon.
