Every lc_x value is pl_PL.UTF8 (corresponding to the word's
language).
Database was created with --locale=pl_PL.UTF8.
OS (CentOS 5.x) uses: en_US.UTF-8

I followed your advise, Tom and reworked the way we do dumps and restores to
remove the requirement for having TOCs.
So far the restores executed flawlessly and I am grateful for having this
feature available to us! Huge time savings!
