The particular query shown here may work in 7.0, but it's important to
know that views using grouping or aggregates are still not implemented

Operator (case insensetive regex). It only works with case sensetive
queries. So the configure option
--enable-locale doesn't have any influence.
Can someone suggest a solution for this problem in 6.5.3, please?
