It would be really nice to make it possible to add a possibility to
disable the usage of 'Graphical Query Builder' (or at least add an
additional confirmation dialog before switching to this mode)

pgAdmin 1.10 beta is trying to fetch tables and schemas (it was not so
in 1.9-dev). It takes incredibly long time on for the databases with
lots of tables.

We are usually connecting to the databases on the remote server farm
using SSH tunnels (using puTTY 0.60). So the connections are usually
going to localhost:TUNNELPORT. The problem is, that every time the
connection is dropped by SSH (dropped by our ISP at least once a day),
