just fine.
When I start pgadmin3 I get the window. But when I try to add a server
it appears to hang. No response, does not appear to be using any CPU
time. No error messages that I have found.
Any ideas or pointers?

I saw similar errors described in the archives but I did not see any
fixes posted.
Does anyone have any ideas regarding these errors?
Had no problems building this under Red Hat 8.0.

packages.
I was going to go look up the wxWindows site and see if they are working
on a fix to resolve this problem without having to change the gtk+
packages.

lied into postgresql-7.4.2 since the pgadmin make file appear to be
unable to deal with not having ssl support included.
So what versions of these packages did you get to compile under FC2
without problems?

That is the part of the code calling the internal gtk+ functions.
However just commenting them out without knowing what they do would seem
a chancy proposition at best.

You understood me correctly. :) I have not found a better answer yet
either. For now I am connecting from a Redhat 8.0 box where I was able
to build pgadmin. That and using psql.
not tried this myself. Currently connecting to my FC2 postresql
system from an RH8 box that I built pgamdin3 on .

an setup to make the build. Not sure I
can get to it until this weekend however. I will also need to sort out
how to pull the source from CVS as I have not done that before.
I have built the wx/pgadmin tarballs on a Redhat 8.0 system
successfully.
If you can provide some pointers on how you want
napshot from today and the first 4 patches listed above.
I did not see patch 984853 or 984852 so can I assume those have been
applied in CVS?
Are there any other patches up there that need to be included?
