either. In this case some SQL does get generated, but it is not a valid
statement (at least not on version 9.3).
The error message is: ERROR: syntax error at or near "," LINE 2: ALTER
COLUMN string TYPE character varying (11, None);
Tested on: pgAdmin4 1.0-RC1 Desktop, Windows 7 x64, Server: PostgreSQL 9.3.4

Any ideas what might be causing this issue on localhost?
I'm running the desktop version on Windows 8.1 and my local db version
is: PostgreSQL 9.3.5, compiled by Visual C++ build 1600, 32-bit
