In the create database dialog, it is impossible to select "foo" when a
non-login role "foo_bar" also exists.
create user foo;
create role foo_bar;
If you select "foo" there, it will select "foo_bar".

we got several reports that pgadmin3 is crashing in various dialogs,
possibly related by the switch to wx3.0.
