PGAdmin2 executes too slow on my box. When connecting to backend, or selecting any
object it waits for about 5 seconds. What can be the reason for this?

I can use pgadmin without any problem under the local W2K accounts POSTGRES and
TESTUSER.

Please check in the ODBC Driver Manager in Control Panel, that you do not have ODBC
Tracing switched on.
