Hi,
this is a wxWidgets bug. This is fixed upstream (wxWidgets 2.6.3).
As a workaround when everything seems frozen, just press Alt+F, this
will open the file menu and restore your X session back to a functionnal
state.

Hi,
I have the same problem (FreeBSD). In my current pgAdmin version 1.4.2 it is
much more rare than in the previous one. From time to time the problem occurs
even in other programs (Mozilla as I remember) so it will be a problem with
underlying X toolkit I guess.
