Speaking of the MSI installer, it basicly sucks, and I can't understant
why all the win32 Postgres software uses it.
IMHO the best open source Installer available is Inno Setup.

I've just installed the new RC of pgAdmin III. I seem to have got into a
loop where the installer asks me to reboot my machine. I restart, and then
