I upgraded to the lastest version of pgadmin and discoverd that the help
is now on-line and rather basic. The complete SQL manual is removed from
the off-line (.chm) help file. I find that a bit disappointing.

using the rpm for SuSe 8.2
I get the following message that it needs 'libcrypto.so.0.9.6' I
attempted to load this lib but it seems to be old,
