TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregis
is debate about whether to offer 'psuedo' features where pgAdmin
makes it look like PostgreSQL can do something when in reality it cant and
its being fudged under to bonnet by pgAdmin.

This makes sense. I guess for now, however, we just continue the
development of the Graphical Editor in the standard way and worry about
dll-ing it later on.
