this particular cluster is running PG v8.0.3 and I probably will be going
to v8.1.5 once I get some of this data entry done.

for the server and use the "hostssl" type with an "md5" password method (that
allows encrypted passwords to be used for your users) in the pg_hba.conf file.

So libstdc++.so.6 is the problem but again for v1.4.1 it wasn't needed. Thanks

TIP 5: don't forget to increase
Hi Andreas,
Your tip about a namespace did the trick. I had
renamed the "public" schema which had caused all of my
problems. I do not understand why. Returning the
schema name to "public" fixed everything.
Thank you,

Great. I'll work around it for now but dare I ask... do you have a timetable
for the beta releases? I think I know the answer but you know I had to ask :)

Also, in regards to the "copy" function. Are there any plans to have this work

Hi All,
Is there some sort of graphic query builder in pgAdmin? I would like to be
able to drag and drop tables and join on columns without resorting to the SQL
manual.

Does copy work in the SQL query editor on the pgadmin III snapshots (for
windows). When I try:
copy from 'c:\test.txt'
or
copy to 'c:\test.txt'
I get errors (e.g. "file not found" and "can not use relative pathname"
respectively). Thanks
