I just looked at pgadmin.org, and the page at https://pgadmin.org/download/
still points to Martin Pitt's old launchpad, which seems to have a thin
coating of "deprecated" warnings.
Is that actually the right place to look for PGAdmin4, or should I be
looking at apt.postgresql.org? Or should I ju
