This is a pgAdmin GUI error while defining the foreign key relationship.
This is observed on the load pgAdmin II 7.1.72-Dev.
Here is the steps to reproduce it.
1. After defining the columns in the given table.

Following the steps, getting the error.
I have created a table with parent & child relationship (parent key and
foreign key). THe pgAdmin GUI displayes the table properties correctly. It
also displays the one foreign key. Under the proerties of foreign key, there
is the relation branch shown
