you can have it anywhere you like. I usually have it on a network drive

Do you have any other ideas what may have gone wrong with my compile?

Hi,
I am running into issues with Ubuntu Natty (64bit) and SSL connections.
I first tried the version 1.12.2 which comes as a binary with Ubuntu.
The Combobox to select SSL is greyed out. Then I compiled 1.12.3 from
source, but SSL is still greyed out
ently available in the connection configuration UI.
Thanks!
Chris

Hi,
You have to manually add a new connection (click on the plug icon to add
a new connection). If server and client are on the same machine, you can
use localhost. Also make sure that the postmaster process or the
Postgresql daemon is really running.

yes - sure. Even on the same machine (if they listen on separate ports).
However, this has nothing to do with pgadmin3, rather Postgresql. If you
have Postgresql specific questions, please use the correct mailing list.
This mailinglist is just about the pgadmin3 client.

In this case then there is nothing we can do ...
Thanks anyway for getting back about it,

I tested on WinXP, 32bit. Can others reproduced the problem?

Do you have any idea when a new version will be available supporting this
feature?
Thanks a lot,

The user has to select a column definition (one row) and after pressing

Thank you for considering or

Is this on the feature list of an upcoming pgadmin3 version, maybe 1.9x?
Thank you for any information on the topic,
