Another cute feature would be an editor command that switches all sql
keywords in uppercase.

Just create a regular windows environment variable named PGSYSCONFDIR
(either on a user or system level) and point it to the path where you

If someone works on exporting the diagram, it would be worth looking at
the SVG format, which is supported by modern browsers.
This way it can be read into Inkscape as well for further processing.
And it could potentially also contain scripting/interactivity for tooltips.

I bet /var/lib/postgresql/8.1/main/pg_log is not a directory... Did you
enable redirect_stderr? The function is working as expected in this
situation.
Please note that pgadmin expects its functions to be existent in the
_maintenance_ DB, for 8.1 usually postgres.

a setting similar to psql's "\pset NULL" formatting option. It is very
easy to confuse the two and most query tools that I know of allow for
that.

I did. I am curious why I didn't recieve a response from the mailing

My next question would be:
How do you set up pgAdmin to connect to PostgreSQL via Unix Sockets?
How about having a look at pgAdmin
to re-find parent key in "idx_volume_consultant"

PgAdmin works like vkontoklas column is primary key !
Good catch!
The PK detection code in the view tool assumed the column numbering
would start with one, without holes. This doesn't always true, esp. in
your case.

IMHO best solution move it in 'File' menu for making
button panel more short/brief.
Even on a 640x480 screen there's enough space. No reason to change it.
