I am using PG Admin 4 version 1.2 on Windows 7. I found a couple of issues:
1) I did a fresh install and PGAdmin 4 version 1.2 wants to store
everything in 4 V1. I think you have an issue with the installation software.
The short cut it creates says pgAdmin 4v1 . In program files direct

I thought I was able to run that in windows it looks clean but when I ran it
,it bypassed that line. That's what made me think that the command is not open
for windows but UNIX instead. I will be working on that box again tomorrow and

I am pretty sure, you can run the command I gave you on Windows, as I do it
too.
Can you run your command manually? Does it print anything to stdout/stderr?
