[pgadmin-support] PgAdmin 4.1.1 Restore and Backup Dont Work?

I use PgAdmin 4.1.1 on OS X 10.11.6 to upgrade my PostgreSQL database, from 9.2 to 9.6. I previously make dump with PgAdmin 3. Then I use PgAdmin 4.1.1 to restore on new database. After I finish with the restore dialog and click OK, a green pop up shows up and says "Restore Job Created". But n
