I have a recently installed 64-bit Ubuntu 16.04 system with the current
PostgreSQL 9.5 and pgAdmin (1.22.1) from the official Postgres repository.
As far as I can tell, I have installed this system the same way as other
systems in the past. I have it configured for samenet access (although
