I have now experimented with pgAdmin4 a little bit and am generally impressed
by the direction that it’s going.
However, I am bothered by the pagination of the results on the Query page.

Just a note:
Press Alt+Space, then select „Move” from the menu and you will be able to move
that window from behind the splash screen with the cursor buttons.
It will not solve the problem but you will be able read it.
