I only did the plain text as it was a suggested test. I still have the situation that the same version of pgadmin makes a back up on a win 7 64 bit machine can not be restored using a win xp system. It gets the unsupported version error for some unknown reason. Both systems used the same msi fil

On one machine (intel i5-4310U) 64 bits The Plugin menu is showing the folowing message : «Aucun plugin installé » meaning « No plugin installed » This is checked for -32bits versions 1.16 1.18 1.20 -64 bit version 1.20 installed with postgresql 9.4 I gess it might be linked to
