Thank you. That resolved it.
I tried the mouse wheel as that is how I do it normally in the SQL Query
tool. The Ctrl + worked.
It was Ctrl Caps Lock which made it small, so that stumped me.

I am using PGAdmin 1.10.3.
While copy and pasting sql from the Main Window's SQL Pane I accidentally

How do I increase the size? It's now so small it's unreadable. Is their a
