I bug in the linux version.
When pgAdmin opens, it has by default selected "Server Groups"
On Windows you can just arrow down to get to your database
However,
On linux you cannot arrow down from "Server Groups", one needs to take
their mouse and select the database, then one can right arrow down
Just did it 4 more times with the same result (freeze up and need to force
quit). Prior to the last 2 times I turned off the Guru hints on the theory
that
might have something to do with it (since the Guru hints dialog always popped
up
between the time I clicked OK and the freeze up), but it
