I have solved by installing pgadmin 1.16.
when I have started the sql editor it told me "no history file" but then it
went through, and it seems that it is working now.

I am relatively novice postgre user but I am developing with using the
current 9.1 for months now. Suddenly the pgadmin blocks when I click on the

Hmm, yeah - that's debatable. With none of their guys testing it or
