Horizontal scroll using the mouse wheel (while holding Shift) or by
dragging on the touchpad with two fingers doesn't work on OS X. I can
only scroll horizontally using the scrollbar.

Actually I do have 2 releases. After I noticed that problem in 14.2
For windows version this bug appeared in 14.3 for postgresql versions
lower than 9.
14.2 works fine.
