I have created a pt_BR dir in /usr/local/pgadmin3/share/pgadmin3/i18n
and copied the pgadmin3.mo pt_BR file into it.
Perhaps /usr/local/pgadmin3/share/pgadmin3/i18n is not the right directory ?
