Hi,
I am trying to run a COPY my_table FROM STDIN from pgAdmin ... but I can not
manage to get it to work !
It runs with psql !
Here is a short version of the command:
COPY xfrt.import_cpts FROM STDIN;
1DG 16930 7 JAN 071
2DG 25430 7 JAN 072
3DG 34617
Forgot to mention:
- Fedora Core 6
- Used official release
- doc_xmlcontents is a text field containing a 20kb xml file
- the result of the query is a text of 12320 chars

I found a bug with the datagrid in query editor - made a screenshot and
attached it.
While I am at it, it could be nice to have a raw text output of the query
result as well as the grid output.

I have installed a Win32 PG 8.1.5 on my machine and I can not reproduce this
bug on that server.
So it is server dependant: you knew that already as you could not reproduce the
bug. ;-)
Still, it is also client dependant, as I get correct error messages with PG
Admin 1.4.3 (on the other se

I've just uploaded pgAdmin III 1.6.2 for the upcoming debian/etch to our
developer's host. It should reach PostgreSQL mirrors in the next hours/days.
Please note that these packages are mostly statically linked against
wxWidgets 2.8.

I allready can export query results to a text file as CSV.
With ...another database and another tool... I often use the "export to
clipboard" functionality for exporting a small amount of query
results. (i.e. "distinct values in the "title" field of addresses"
