Hi Raphael,
Installing the developer RPM for PostgreSQL fixed the problem, thanks for
the quick and accurate response.
For anyone who may read this, the next problem with the configure is that
it requires the following:
cd /usr/local/include
ln -s wx-2.5/wx .
./configure --with-wx=/usr/local

and get pgadmin sources from CVS but I guess you could use source
snapshot from:
http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/src/pgadmin3-src-20040914.tar.gz
And
:

Unpack these tar files in a convenient directory and follow, carefully,
instructions in docs/en_EN/unix_compilation.html under pgadmin3
directoy.
To avoid troubles, better you delete any previous wxWidgets
installation, if any

Confirmed as bug on **ix, patch committed to cvs.
It's FindFocus, my old friend on GTK reporting bogus controls.

This should be reproducible:
1. Connect to the database of your choice.
2. Navigate to the "Tables" node in the tree view and select it. The
list of tables appears in the upper right pane.
3. Select a table in the upper right pane.

Greetings!
I've just installed pgAdmin3 1.2.0-beta1 binary for Slack 9 on Slack 10
using pkgtool, it did install and is running very well.
Now, I'm also using pgAdmin3 1.1.0 Devel (Aug 19 2004) on Fedora Core 2.
As no binaries of the new beta are available for FC2, I tried compiling
it from source
Hi Zach,
Yup, that's my fault - I messed up the installation of
those files. If you look for one called ssleay32.dll in the pgAdmin installation
directory, you *might* get it to work by renaming it to libssl32.dll. If not, it
should be fixed for beta 2.
