I’m using pgAdmin 7.5 on Linux Docker container.
1. Login as user X and exported servers.
2. Copied the file in the storage from user X to user Y
3. Login as user Y and then Tolls => import/export servers
4. Select the file
5. Click next, and then error 401

You can increase log verbosity to debug by setting -
PGADMIN_CONFIG_CONSOLE_LOG_LEVEL: 10
Can you please share complete logs?
Also, how did you copy file from X user to Y storage?(vi Command line or
using upload feature from Tools>Storage Manager)?
Can you please share permission for the json
