Looks like your pgAdmin config DB is corrupted. Please rename
C:\\Users\\jchaa\\AppData\\Roaming\\pgAdmin\\pgadmin4.db to
C:\\Users\\jchaa\\AppData\\Roaming\\pgAdmin\\pgadmin4.db.bak and then start
pgAdmin. It should create a new config db.
Please note, all your servers added to pgAdmin

Enterprise 64 bit tomorrow. Be interesting to see if it will show
