This is a pgadmin mailing list.
Did you add the path till the bin directory of PG installation ? Try
opening a new cmd to reflect the new system paths.

The above applies, i have installed postgresql 10 on windows 10 and added
it to the system path, but i get the error "psql not recognized as an
internal or external command" when i try to install adempiere or open it
in cmd.
Kindly advice on how to overcome this.
