The status of selinux is “Enforcing”
I have stopped the httpd deamon with “systemctl stop httpd”
I have disabled selinux with “setenforce permissive” and did not reboot the
server.
The httpd deamon is started with “systemctl start httpd”
The result is the same: a blank screen

I have added the 4 lines to /etc/httpd/conf.d/pgadmin4.conf
I have run the command “/usr/pgadmin4/bin/setup-web.sh –yes” without any error
but the result is the same: a blank screen after clicking the “PSQL Tool”
button.

Please enable logging and send the pgAdmin4.log file. Please refer
https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8 to enable logging.
Also, provide the browser console logs if you get any errors there.
