This issue has been fixed, Can you please upgrade the PostgreSQL installer
from the EDB website?

I'm having issues with accessing pgAdmin 4 and I need it for my university
coursework.
When I open the software, the screen just gets stuck on a blank screen and
wouldn't load.
Please advise a fix for this issue.
