pgAdmin standalone

pgAdmin 4 v3.1 on MacOS

Hi, Starting the app. Takes ~20-25seconds and ends up with dialog box: "*The application server could not be contacted*". That's it. Any ideas how to fix/troubleshoot? Thank you, Kind Regards ~Maciek
