Did you actually try this workaround?
I don’t think, you have to cleanup this directory every time you start
PgAdmin4. You do it just once.

I’m getting the same error message when using PgAdmin4 v2.1 both: on Windows 7
and Windows 10.
I tried the fix you suggested for PgAdmin4 v.3.0, but it didn’t help.
Is there a fix for v2.1, if upgrading to 3.0 is not an option?
