I've noticed that Truncate no longer works with 4.6.3. (You click
"Truncate" and nothing happens)
I've done a clean install, and had to revert back to 4.6.2. I enabled
debug logging, and no entries are made when clicking truncate.

Using pgAdmin to connect to postgres via SSH Tunnel is giving me the
following error.

I am current running a Windows 10 Dell Precision laptop with 16 GB ram.
I had original installed pgAdmin 4 1.1, the upgraded it to 1.3.
pgAdmin 4 1.3 was stable and ran fine, then I upgraded to 1.6.
pgAdmin 4 1.6 had issues reconnecting to postgres (PostgreSQL 9.5.6 on
