Please share your environment and OS details.
If you are using Python/Debian/RPM packages of pgAdmin 4, then you have to
set up the SMTP configuration in the config_local.py file by overriding the
config.py file.
If not, then please do it.

Connection refused. Your password has not been changed.
What should I do?
