Access issues with pgAdmin 4

Hi, I'm having issues with accessing pgAdmin 4 and I need it for my university coursework. When I open the software, the screen just gets stuck on a blank screen and wouldn't load. Please advise a fix for this issue. Kind regards >From Yizhou
