I can't get to start pgAdmin4 server mode by the command
"/usr/pgadmin4/venv/bin/python3 -s /usr/pgadmin4/web/pgAdmin4.py".
I just get the error
"ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'httpagentparser' "
ps.: module httpagentparser is installed.

Yes, desktop. I was finally able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling. I
didn't realize that the PostgreSQL uninstaller didn't also uninstall pgAdmin,
but after uninstalling PostgreSQL again, I went and looked for the pgAdmin
executable file, and deleted it from my hard drive.

You can see the runtime options only when you run it in desktop mode as
they're irrelevant when in browser.

Are you using pgAdmin desktop ? Can you share screenshot and OS details ?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling PostgreSQL, multiple times, and
pgAdmin still comes back with the same blank, inoperable screen.
Is there any way to fix this?
