My batch script, used to deploy PGAdmin via software deployment tool:

latest installer (this is on Windows) and puts it on my desktop, then notifies
me. I then have to manually run this GUI program, it treating the experience as
if I were installing it for the first time, click a bunch

I am using pgadmin 4.18 and the query editor just keeps spinning and says
loading. I have two connections(local and external) but both have same
issue.
Troubleshooting:
- Tried using different browser.
- Cleared cookies and history
- Tried using previous versions 4.17, 4.15
Still no go
