So on a hunch I made a little time today and looked at this again
1. Ignore my previous message re: 'first time'
2. pgAdmin 4 v3 launches on Chrome 66 but not IE 11 (on my test XenApp
machine)
IE 11 gives the same 'page cannot be displayed' - any thoughts appreciated.

and configure the number of queries kept there.
Where do I find something similar in pgadmin4?
