Did you check pgadmin4.log for any errors?
Try setting logging level to debug & reproduce the issue again, Ref:

entities etc, and all built-ins were either 2+ letters or were symbols. As a

You indicated you are using PgAdmin4 v1.5.
The latest supported version for Windows is v1.6.
I strongly suggest you download and install that version.
