We generally keep the last 4 to 5 releases available for download because
users may face some OS compatibility issues with the latest installers.
In such cases, we try to fix the issues whilst the users can continue with
older versions.

The pgAdmin team supports the last released version. So till v6.19 is
released(planned this week), 6.18 is supported.
That said, we do not support v4.10 anymore.
