problem building pugs

I got down a fresh version of the pugs, tried to build and got this error: ar: creating archive dist/build/libHSPugs-6.2.11.a *** Building: /usr/local/bin/ghc -package stm -package network -package mtl -package template-haskell -package base -package fps -package HsSyck -package unix -idist/build
