The pdds are somewhat unclear, what these vtables should precisely do.
e.g.:
INTVAL does(INTERP, PMC* self, STRING* method)
Determine whether the PMC implements the interface
"Interface" is not in the glossary in pdd015 nor specified elsewhere.
