By eliminating use of the svn revision number anywhere past Configure.pl (r26888), we eliminate the need for t/postconfigure/03 and 04. Hence, the tests will no longer cause any hangs on Feather!

Added dependency on 52154 because when that is resolved the problem on feather will clear up. It already has cleared up if you checkout the 'norevision' branch and configure it.

Feather has been online for a few months now, and I think it's a good idea to try to evaluate, and to see how it can further improve productivity. The machine has 49 user accounts and is used in several ways. It is mostly used to connect to IRC. Pugs and parrot are compiled and developed a l
